13 May New Law in Spain allows employers to regularize irregular workers without penalties.

A new Royal Decree approved by the Spanish Government on April 31st establishes a time-limited amnesty for the employers who decide to regularize the legal situation of workers irregularly employed by these. During such term these situations will not be subject to penalties concerning the non fulfillment of obligations related to declaration and acknowledgement of workers’ legal rights. There shall be as well a possibility to delay the payment of pending Social Security debts.
