You need to sign a responsible declaration form to be presented via electronic certificate on the website of the Ministry of tourism and sport. Subsequently, the Ministry shall register your dwelling in the register of tourism of Andalusia, Ministry of tourism and sport; Dpt. of General quality, innovation and development of tourism.  The registry code in your declaration shall just accredit you have complied with your obligation to submit this responsible statement and your service of tourist accommodation in your housing can be now provided in a formal way.  

Subsequently, you will receive a resolution saying that the dwelling is inscribed in the register of tourism of Andalusia and a code, such as HU-VFT-00000 will be assigned.  VFT indicates that it is a home for tourist purposes. HU will match the first two letters of the province where the dwelling is located. 00000 is a sequential order number.  This code or document must be indicated it in any advertising or promotion made by any means, including “on line” platforms.
