21 Feb IN SPAIN, TO THIS DAY, IN HOUSING LEASES, WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR THE FORCED EXTENSION?, THREE OR FIVE YEARS?
To this day and for contracts held since March 6 2019 thereafter the term is of FIVE YEARS (or of SEVEN YEARS if the lessor is a legal person). This is the case since the Royal Decree-Law 7/2019, of 1 March, has been approved with urgent measures on housing and rental, establishing, among other measures, this period.
